STANDARD APPART.

Located on the first floor and almost completely renovated in 2018 with a maximum capacity of 6 people.

SUPERIOR APPART.

Located on the second and third floors of the building and completely renovated in 2019 with fine furniture.

How do I send the deposit?

Our booking system requires a guarantee of a variable amount based on the presumed total, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Once the booking has been accepted, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the details for the correct sending of the deposit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in from 14:00
  • Check-out by 10:00

What happens if I have sent the deposit and I can no longer leave?

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations after this deadline, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

What if I have to leave earlier than expected?

There is no refund for early departures.

How can I pay for my stay?

It is possible to pay your stay by:

  • cash
  • credit card / debit card
  • check (only on arrival and in any case within 1 week before departure)
  • bank transfer (within 5 days before departure)

How far are you from the beach?

We collaborate with Bagno Amerigo n. 58/59, only 100 meters away from the structure.

How far are you from the center of Rimini?

We are located in Torre Pedrera di Rimini, directly on the pedestrian promenade and are about 6 kilometers from the historic center of Rimini.

Is there public transport to/from the centre?

The area is well served by public transport. The bus that takes you from Torre Pedrera to the center and vice versa is the no. 4. Timetables can be consulted on the Start Romagna website.

Do you have convenient parking for my car?

We provide a distant private parking, also accessible to vans. The cost is €5.00 per day.

Do you accept animals?

Your small/medium-sized 4-legged friends are welcome here. There is a supplement of €5.00 per day to pay.

Is it possible to smoke in the accommodation?

By law it is forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. It is possible to smoke only on the balcony.

Is there a balcony?

Yes, all the accommodations have a small terrace.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible.

Is it possible to purchase the Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive treatment?

Yes, meals will be served at the Orchidea Blu hotel 100 meters away from the structure (check hotel opening dates)
